We begin with a briefing with your tandem sky diving instructor. This includes what to expect, what you will see on the flight to height, freefall, under canopy and upon landing. Once we have familiarized you, made you feel comfortable, taught you how to overcome your fears and most importantly, how to increase your awareness - it's time to gear up.
